CIW Associate Design Specialist teaches you the most popular web development techniques and will prepare your for the new "CIW Associate Design Specialist" Certification.
This class will start with developing Web sites using HTML and XHTML. You will learn to write code manually, as well as use graphical user interface (GUI) authoring tools. You will also learn to insert images, create hyperlinks, and add tables, forms and frames to your Web pages. This course will also cover design and publishing Web sites. This includes the site development process, customer expectations, and legal issues in Web Development. This course will cover Web Design Elements such as aesthetics, the site user's experience, navigation, usability and accessibility. In addition, you will learn Basic and Advanced Web Technologies such as image files, GUI site development applications, site publishing, site maintenance, multimedia, plug-in technologies, client side server technologies and Web databases.
